9. How do I know whether all of the plants on the potential plants list suit my purposes?
The plants on the list are selected to be adaptable to the soil and climate you described in the Site Description screen. They must also have characteristics that meet the requirements you selected on the Objectives screen.
Errors or omissions in your selection criteria may be very significant or insignificant. If you know the area and know some of the plants you would expect to see on the list, check to see if they were included. If not, re-check your criteria. It is always recommended that you review the list carefully. If you know a plant adapted to your site that is not on the Select Plants list, you can add it at the bottom of the Select Plants page. You can only add plants that are in the VegSpec database. See Disclaimer.
