4. Why does it take so long for the Planting Design screen to appear?
The VegSpec Planting Design screen consists of a Java applet. This is a small program that is downloaded to your computer. It takes 1 to 5 minutes to download depending on the speed of your internet access, internet traffic, your computers speed and other factors. If you have waited longer than this and it still isn't working it might be that your connection or internet traffic is causing it to be unusually slow. You can check your connection, or try again later. If that still doesn't work, check the next question.
